ABOUT THE COMPANY

We develop. We design. We build.

HOW WE WORK

One contractor for the whole way.

  1. 01Factory-built houseFrame, insulation, glazing, utilities and finishing are made at the factory. On site, the house only needs to be installed and connected.
  2. 02Transparent pricesModel prices are published in the catalog — you know what a house costs in advance.
  3. 03Materials built for decadesAircraft-grade aluminum body with a 30-year coating warranty, A+ polyurethane insulation, Low-E windows.
  4. 04Our own projectsWe don't just build for clients — we also develop our own resorts, currently Balkhash Lake.
