01Factory-built houseFrame, insulation, glazing, utilities and finishing are done at the factory. On site, the house only needs to be placed on supports and connected.

How does Series A differ from Series H?

The space capsule (Series A) is delivered fully assembled: connect water and power and you can move in. The capsule house (Series H) is a demountable structure: compact transport and quick assembly on site. Prices within a class are the same.

Can you live in a capsule all year round?

Yes. Capsules accommodate 2–3 people and are ready for year-round living: seamless A+ polyurethane insulation, triple-pane Low-E windows, 10 kW power consumption.

What does the price include?

A fully equipped capsule house costs 12, 14 or 19 million ₸ depending on the class; land, foundation, delivery and utility connection are paid separately.

How much do yurts cost?

The price of a yurt depends on its size, specification and equipment. Send a request and we will prepare a quote for you.
