Series A capsule or Series H house?

Each class — basic 18 m², VIP 28 m² and business 38 m² — comes in two versions at the same price: 12, 14 and 19 million ₸.

The space capsule, Series A, arrives fully assembled. A streamlined aircraft-grade aluminum body on a steel frame, panoramic glazing and a built-in kitchen. Connecting water and power takes a few hours.

The capsule house, Series H, is demountable: an aluminum profile frame, a clean-lined facade and wood-textured panel finishing. It is lighter (3–5 t versus 4–9.5 t for Series A), so it is easier to deliver to a remote site.

If your site has good road access and you want a plug-and-live house, choose A. If the site is hard to reach or compact transport matters, choose H.

What a capsule house includes.

The capsule price covers a fully equipped house. Land, foundation, delivery and utility connection are paid separately.

How to buy a share of a house on Balkhash.

In the Balkhash Lake project, you can buy a whole capsule house or tent cottage, a half or a quarter. The house comes with a 150–250 m² plot, foundation and utilities.

The most affordable entry is a quarter of an 18 m² capsule for 4,000,000 ₸ at the promo price until 20 December 2026. Installments for 12–24 months are available, up to 3 M ₸ without collateral, via Bank CenterCredit.

The owner can come to relax any time. Optionally, the house can be handed to the management company via an agricultural cooperative, which rents it to guests.
